A Fellow Friend is an AI character that lives in your Circle and represents your brand. It welcomes new members, answers the questions people ask most, and helps promote your events, so your community always has someone to turn to.
Every plan gets the whole Fellow Friend: its own name, look and personality, trained on your brand, with Shopify integration, in your Circle and on your website. Premium gives it 1,000 visitor messages a month in your website widget instead of 250, adds the verification checkmark, lowers Fellow’s fee to 3% on tickets and Shop and 5% on memberships, and raises newsletters to 5,000 subscribers and 15,000 sends a month (Free is 1,000 subscribers and 3,000 sends).
Everything in Premium, with 5,000 visitor messages a month in your website widget, lower fees (1% on tickets and Shop, 3% on memberships), newsletters for up to 20,000 subscribers with 60,000 sends a month, sent from your own domain, the option to hide Fellow branding on the Fellow Friend widget on your website, impersonation protection and priority support. It’s $149 a month or $1,490 a year.
It’s how much you and your team can work with your Fellow Friend each week: asking it to run your Circle, coaching it, and chatting with it in the app. Bigger requests, like creating several events with covers, use more than a quick question. You’ll see how much you’ve used and exactly when it resets each week. Premium gives you 5x the usage of Free and Fellow Brand 20x. Website messages from your visitors are counted separately.
