Post a signup in your circle and players pay right inside it, so the 15 who show up are the 15 who paid. Here’s how ANTI Hoops runs theirs.
A signup is a post with spots. Put one in your circle and players sign up and pay in the same tap. No chasing anyone for money at the gym.
Give it a title, 15 spots and a price. Schedule it for Friday at noon and it posts itself every week.
Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card, right inside the signup. The money goes to your circle’s Stripe account.
Once all 15 spots are gone, new players join the waitlist with a saved card. Someone drops, the next player moves up on their own and only pays then.
Your line hears when the run is full, and again the moment a spot opens. Every player can see where they stand, so nobody has to DM you asking if they made it.
Refunds follow the rules you set for each signup. Card processing isn’t refunded.
Team Builder turns the signup into balanced teams. Rate your players once and it spreads guards, wings and bigs across three teams of five. Post them to the line and everyone knows which team they’re on.
Share the score, call next and keep the whole circle in one chat. Start smaller lines for the regulars.
Keep your circle private and approve each player who asks to join.
Put the run fee, the refund policy and how teams get made right on your circle.
Money from every signup lands in your Stripe account, ready for the gym rental.
Tournaments and league nights get their own event page with RSVPs and tickets.
Players ask “is there a spot?” and “where do I park?” and it answers in your circle’s voice.
Right inside the signup. They tap Pay, use Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card, and they’re in. The money goes to your circle’s Stripe account, so nobody is sending you Venmo requests at the gym.
Fellow is free to start. On the Free plan Fellow keeps 5% of each paid signup, plus card processing, and players see the full price before they pay. Fellow Brand lowers that to 1%. Set $4.33 and every player pays an even $5.
The signup says it’s full and the waitlist opens. Players on the waitlist save a card and are only charged if a spot opens. When someone drops, the next player moves up on their own and everyone in the line sees it.
If you allow refunds on the signup, a player who cancels before the deadline gets their money back, minus card processing. You choose this for each signup.
Yes. Schedule it once in your circle and it posts at the same time every week, like every Friday at noon.
Team Builder takes everyone in the signup and splits them into balanced teams. Rate your players once, give them positions, and it spreads guards, wings and bigs evenly. Post the teams to your line in a tap.
Free to start. Set up your circle and post your first signup tonight.
