Make it look and sound like your brand.

• Name and face: give it a name (up to 30 characters) and upload a square image.
• Welcome message and starter questions: the three questions visitors can tap when the chat opens.
• Personality: Warm, Balanced, Direct, Concise or Sassy.
• Knowledge: your facts and FAQs, and training notes and corrections for anything it gets wrong.

On the web these live under Identity. In the app, under Customize.
