Fellow Friend

A Fellow Friend is your brand’s AI host, with its own name and face. It welcomes people, answers the questions you get every day, and brings in your team when a person should step in.

Where it lives

• On your website, in a small chat in the corner of every page.
• On your Fellow profile, as a pill anyone can tap.
• In your circle, where it can welcome new members and answer @mentions.

How it learns

It reads your website when you set it up, and you can teach it anything else with training notes and corrections.
