Roles and permissions

Every member of a circle is the owner, an admin, or a member.

  • Owner: everything, including roles, membership and payments, integrations, transferring ownership and deleting the circle.
  • Admin: opens Settings, approves requests, manages members, pins posts and runs the circle’s tools.
  • Member: takes part, and can post, start lines and invite people if the circle allows it.

Change someone’s role

  1. Tap the members pill to open All Fellows.
  2. Find the person, tap Update Role, and choose Admin or Member.
Only the owner can change roles. Under What Members Can Do in Settings, you choose whether members can post, create lines and invite people.
