Refunds

Whether you can get money back depends on the signup or event.

Signups

• If refunds are on, cancel before the deadline with Cancel & Get Refund to get the signup price back. Processing fees aren’t refunded.
• After the deadline, or if the organizer turned refunds off, you can still cancel, but you won’t be refunded.
• If an organizer deletes a paid signup, everyone is refunded in full.

Events

• If refunds are on, cancelling refunds the registration price. Processing fees aren’t refunded.
• If a host removes you or deletes the event, you’re refunded in full.
